离心式空调扇噪声优化与实验研究

摘  要:离心式空调扇高档运转噪音大,旋转噪音明显,低档运行时有低频“嗡嗡声”。为降低高档噪音,通过CFD仿真优化蜗舌包裹位置,减小蜗舌附近负压区域,降低涡流耗散区域,减小噪音。为改善低档低频噪音,通过ANSYS模态仿真,在离心风轮轴孔处采用带橡胶的铝嵌件,降低风轮自振频率,减小传播路径的振动激励,降低低频噪音,改善音质。实验表明:优化后的蜗舌在同风量下,整机高档噪音降低3.1 dB,旋转噪音峰值降低6.1 dB;通过橡胶铝嵌件风轮,低档的噪声值降低1.3 dB,在200~600 Hz频率范围内,无明显峰值,低频噪音及音质得到明显改善。Centrifugal air conditioning fan works with obvious rotating noise in high-grade and buzzing noise in low-grade.In order to reduce the high-grade noise,the wrapping position of the cochlea tongue was optimized by CFD simulation to reduce the negative pressure area near the cochlea tongue and the eddy current dissipation area and reduce the noise.In order to improve the low frequency noise,aluminum insert with rubber is used in the shaft hole of centrifugal fan to reduce natural vibration frequency and vibration excitation of propagation path and improve the sound quality by Ansys modal simulation.The experimental results show that the optimized cochlea tongue can reduce 3.1 dB of high-grade noise and 6.1 dB of rotating noise peak at the same air volume.Through the rubber aluminum insert of centrifugal fan,the noise value of the low-grad is reduced by 1.3 dB.In the frequency range of 200~600 Hz,there is no obvious peak,and the low frequency noise and the quality of noise are significantly improved.
