摘 要:本文以超薄滚筒洗衣机柔性底座为研究对象,通过震动、噪音两个角度去衡量不同材质的柔性底座及刚性底座之间的差别。首先从力学模型和数学模型分析滚筒洗衣机的震动;其次使用震动测试的软件在不同工况下测试出其震动数据;最后在噪音房中采集噪音数据对比分析。通过上述方法从噪音、震动两个角度对柔性底座进行研究分析,在整机上得到最好的底座配比,为后续结构改善及整机性能提供巨大的参考价值。In this paper,the flexible base of ultra-thin drum washing machine was treated as a subject of study.Differences were measured between the flexible base and rigid base of different materials from two angles which are vibration and noise.Firstly,the vibration of drum washing machine was analyzed from mechanical model and mathematical model.Secondly,the vibration data were tested by vibration testing software under different working conditions.Finally,the noise data were collected in the noise room.The best base ratio on the whole machine was obtained through above method that the flexible base was studied and analyzed from two perspectives of noise and vibration,which provides great reference value for subsequent structural improvements and performance enhancements of the whole machine.
