摘　　要：本文介绍了洗衣机全自动投放洗涤剂功能常见失效形式,理论分析并结合实际失效案例全面解析失效原因,从结构设计、材料选型、生产过程管控、客户使用引导等方面提出应对及预防措施供参考。This paper introduces the common failure forms of automatic detergent delivery function of washing machine,analyzes the failure reasons in theory and combined with the actual failure cases,from the aspects of structure design,material selection,production process management and control,customer use guidance,countermeasures and preventive measures are put forward for reference.
