摘 要:自2020年新冠疫情发生以来,“无接触式配送”作为一种新型配送方式迅速被各大商家采纳并广泛应用。而蔬菜、果品、肉类、海鲜等需要保鲜的产品全程低温配送就成为必要条件。蓄冷剂模块由于其具有保温效果持久、可循环使用、价格低等优势被广泛应用于低温配送环节。本次采用试验方法,对蓄冷剂模块的冻结时间进行研究。结果表明:蓄冷剂模块的冻结速度随模块数量和模块的放置位置而变化。Since the beginning of COVID-19 in 2020,"Contactless distribution"as a new distribution method has been quickly adopted and widely used by major businesses.he whole process low-temperature distribution of vegetables,fruits,meat,seafood and other products that need preservation has become a necessary condition.Refrigerant storage module is widely used in low-temperature distribution because of its long-lasting thermal insulation effect,recyclable use and low price.The test method is adopted this time,the freezing time of refrigerant storage module is studied.The results show that:The freezing speed of the refrigerant storage module varies with the number of modules and the placement position of the refrigerant storage module.
