摘　　要：本文研究了R290冷媒对目前冰箱冷柜产品常用的R600a、R134a冷媒的替代方案。根据冷媒的物理性质对冷媒使用条件进行初步分析,通过热力计算比对标准制冷工况下各冷媒的高低压力、压比、单位制冷量,分析冷媒替代过程中的技术变更点。通过对不同类型、不同冷媒的产品进行替代设计和测试验证,比对替代前后的关键性能指标,最终得出R290冷媒替代的技术方案。This paper studies R290 refrigerant replacement to R600a and R134.According to the physical properties of refrigerant,the use conditions were preliminarily analyzed.The working pressure,pressure ratio and cooling capacity of each refrigerant under standard refrigeration conditions were compared by thermodynamic calculation.The technical replacement solution was analyzed with these theoretical analysis and verifyed by the experiment on different models.
