基于空间句法的老旧社区入口空间微改造--以南昌市南站街区为例

摘　　要：随着我国正积极推进城市更新这一重大决策,国家也颁布了一系列政策大力动员老旧社区进行更新改造。街区入口空间作为城市界面的重要组成部分,是连接内部社区与外部街道的重要手段。文章通过采用空间句法梳理出南昌市南站街道入口空间的现状及对其微改造的路径与框架,为片区公共空间提供良好的积极性和活动性。文章将以南站街道站南巷社区作为典型老旧社区示范,提出相应的微改造可实施策略,力求把老旧社区入口空间打造成融合生态、社交服务于一体的生活节点。As China is actively promoting the major decision of urban renewal,the state has also issued a series of policies to vigorously encourage the renewal of old communities.As an important part of urban interface,block entrance space is an important means to connect the inner community with the outer street.By using space syntax,this paper sorted out the status quo of the entrance space of the South Railway Station Street in Nanchang City and the path and frame of the micro-transformation,providing good enthusiasm and activity for the public space in the area.This paper will take the Nanzhan Street Zhannanxiang Community as a typical old community demonstration,put forward the corresponding micro-transformation strategies,and strive to make the old community entrance space into a life node integrating ecological and social services.
