基于边缘效应的城市工业遗产再利用研究--以南京晨光1865创意产业园为例

摘　　要：工业遗产是一种独特的城市公共文化资源,现阶段我国对于工业遗产再利用愈发重视,同时正处于增量发展向细致的存量发展的转变时期。文章对国内工业遗产再利用的现状进行了分析,结合对南京1865创意产业园区的调研,结合边缘效应理论,从环境、空间、流线、功能四个角度,探讨和归纳了工业遗产地块边缘区的规划设计可能性,提出了相关思考与建议,以期对同类工业遗产再利用项目提供更全面的视角。Industrial heritage is a unique urban public cultural resource.At this stage,China pays more and more attention to the reuse of industrial heritage.At the same time,it is in the transition period from incremental development to detailed stock development.This paper analyzes the current situation of domestic industrial heritage reuse,combined with the investigation of Nanjing 1865 Creative Industry Park and the edge effect theory,discusses and summarizes the planning and design feasibility of the edge area of industrial heritage plot from the four perspectives of environment,space,streamline and function,and puts forward relevant thoughts and suggestions.In order to provide a more comprehensive perspective on similar industrial heritage reuse projects.
