摘　　要：在我国老龄化背景下,山地人居环境中的适老性问题尤为凸显。文章以典型山地人居环境区域湘西及贵州片区为例,基于当地老人主体感知体验,对山地人居环境住宅适老性现状和问题展开分析。通过问卷调查和实地走访,运用IPA分析法对当地居住老人的心理期待和真实感知进行对比研究,提出与山地人居环境相应的适老性设计策略和措施,以期对我国山地人居环境住宅的适老性建设发展提供科学的理论指导和实践借鉴。Under the background of China's aging,the aging problem in mountain habitat environment is particularly prominent.Taking the typical mountain habitat environment area Xiangxi and Guizhou area as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the aging of mountain human settlements environment based on the experience of local elderly subject perception.Through questionnaire survey and field visit,IPA analysis method is used to compare the psychological expectation and real perception of the local elderly living,and put forward the corresponding design strategies and measures of the age-appropriate mountain habitat environment,with a view to providing scientific theoretical guidance and practical reference for the development of the aging nature of the mountain residential environment housing in China.
