大学校园工业遗产保护与活化利用研究--以福州大学怡山校区为例

摘　　要：文章引入地理设计方法论,将地理设计的实时地缘量化评估运用到工业遗产保护规划中。以福州大学怡山校区为例,构建了福州大学怡山校区工业遗产价值评价指标体系,并建立GIS空间数据库。以工业遗产价值综合评估结果为基础,研究其保护更新的模式,提出工业遗产更新规划设计策略。This paper introduces the methodology of Geodesign,and applies the real-time geo quantitative evaluation of Geodesign to the planning of industrial heritage protection.Taking the Yishan Campus of Fuzhou University as an example,the industrial heritage value evaluation index system of the Yishan Campus was constructed,and a GIS spatial database was established.Based on the results of the comprehensive evaluation of the industrial heritage value,the model of its protection and renewal was studied,and the planning and design strategy for the renewal of the industrial heritage was proposed.
