摘  要:目的:评估第一波(2019年12月至2020年3月)新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情对我国心血管放射影像学检查量的影响。方法:2020年5月30日至2020年6月8日对全国不同地区28家医院的影像科室进行问卷调查。收集各医院2019年3月、2020年3月及2020年4月冠状动脉CT血管造影(CCTA)、心脏磁共振成像(CMR)和有创冠状动脉造影(ICA)的检查量,并根据地理位置和疫情严重程度分区。分析与2019年3月相比,2020年3月、2020年4月不同地理分区、不同疫情地区及不同心血管放射影像学检查方法的检查量变化。结果:以2019年3月全国心血管放射影像学检查总量为基线,2020年3月检查总量减少67%,2020年4月检查总量相比同年3月恢复了基线的25%。2020年3月的CCTA、CMR和ICA检查量分别较2019年3月减少63%、66%、75%(P均> 0.05),2020年4月相比同年3月分别恢复25%、28%、24%(P均> 0.05)。根据疫情严重程度分区,第一波疫情高峰后(2020年3月)低危、中危和高危地区心血管放射影像学检查的总减少率分别为41%、48%、83%(P<0.05),2020年4月相比同年3月的总恢复率分别为42%、24%、19%(P>0.05),且不同疫情地区CCTA、CMR和ICA检查量减少率之间的差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情对我国心血管放射影像学检查的常规开展产生了严重的负面影响。不同疫情严重程度地区心血管放射影像学检查量的减少率之间存在差异。在第一波新冠疫情缓和后,我国心血管放射影像学检查量很快出现回升。Objectives: The study sought to assess the impact of the first wave of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19) on cardiovascular radiological imaging testing volume.Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted on imaging departments of hospitals across the nation. A total of 28hospitals nationwide were included in the survey, and the volumes of coronary computed tomographic angiography(CCTA),cardiac magnetic resonance(CMR) and invasive coronary angiography(ICA) at March 2019, March 2020 and April 2020were collected. Hospitals were grouped by geographical subdivisions and different severity of epidemics in their regions.Changes of cardiovascular radiological imaging testing volumes in March and April 2020 among different regions, different epidemic regions and different testing methods were compared with those in March 2019.Results: Taking the total cardiovascular radiological imaging testing volumes in March 2019 as the baseline value, the number decreased by 67% in March 2020, and recovered by 25% in April 2020 compared to March 2020. CCTA, CMR, ICA decreased by 63%, 66%, 75% respectively in March 2020 compared to March 2019(P>0.05), and recovered by 25%, 28%,24%(P>0.05). The total reduction in cardiovascular radiological imaging testing volumes after the peak of the first wave of the epidemic in low-risk, intermediate-risk and high-risk regions was 41%, 48%, 83%(P<0.05), respectively, and the total recovery in April 2020 was 42%, 24%, 19%(P>0.05), respectively. There were significant statistical significance on the reduction in CCTA, CMR and ICA volumes among different epidemic regions(all P<0.05).Conclusions: The routine performance of cardiovascular radiological imaging in China is negatively affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Reduction of cardiovascular radiological imaging testing volumes varies by regions of epidemic severity. After the peak of the first wave of COVID-19, cardiovascular radiological imaging testing volumes in China experiences a quick rebound.
