摘 要:针对传统UOCG型急冷箱在应用过程中暴露出的不足之处,文中设计了一种新型XL型急冷箱。通过在直径为1000 mm,高度为7000 mm的有机玻璃固定床实验装置内对XL型急冷箱和UOCG型急冷箱的性能进行系统的对比实验研究。实验结果表明:急冷箱在出口处的液相中的溶解氧含量随气相流量的增大而明显降低,随液相流量的变化很小;随着气相流量增大以及液相流量增大,液相体积传质系数K_(c)a的数值均增大;在相同条件下,XL型急冷箱的液相体积传质系数K_(c)a数值高于UOCG型急冷箱。In view of the shortcomings of the traditional UOCG quench box in the application process,a new XL type quench box is designed in this paper.The performance of XL type quench box and UOCG type quench box was systematically compared in the experimental device of plexiglass fixed bed with a diameter of 1000 mm and a height of 7000 mm.The experimental results show that the dissolved oxygen content in the liquid phase at the outlet of the quench box decreases obviously with the increase of the gas flow rate and changes little with the liquid flow rate;with the increase of gas flow rate and liquid flow rate,the liquid volume mass transfer coefficient K_(c)a increases.Under the same conditions,the liquid phase volume mass transfer coefficient K_(c)a of XL type quench tank is higher than that of UOCG type quench tank.
