摘 要:为了明确天敌昆虫蠋蝽Arma custos对黏虫Mythimna separata幼虫的捕食潜能,本试验在室内条件下测定了蠋蝽3~5龄若虫及成虫在不同猎物密度和天敌密度下对黏虫3龄幼虫的日捕食量,并用HollingⅡ圆盘方程、搜寻效应方程和Watt干扰模型拟合分析。结果表明,蠋蝽3~5龄若虫及雌、雄成虫对黏虫3龄幼虫的捕食功能反应均符合HollingⅡ模型,瞬时攻击率分别为1.022、0.933、0.892、0.961和0.872;处理时间分别为0.242、0.100、0.084、0.063 d和0.074 d;理论日最大捕食量分别为4.132、10.000、11.905、15.873头和13.514头。蠋蝽对黏虫3龄幼虫的搜寻效应随着猎物密度的增加而降低,干扰作用随蠋蝽自身密度的增加而增加,3~5龄若虫和雌、雄成虫的干扰系数分别为0.321、0.408、0.413、0.767和0.600。表明蠋蝽对黏虫3龄幼虫具有较好的防治潜能,且控害能力随龄期的增加而增大。In order to ascertain the predation capacity of Arma custos on larvae of the armyworm Mythimna separata,we assessed the predation capacity of the 3rd-,4th-,5th-instar nymphs and adults of A.custos against the 3rd-instar larvae of M.separata under different prey and predator densities in laboratory.HollingⅡequation and searching efficiency equation were used to analyze the predatory potential of A.custos against M.separata larvae.Watt interference response models were used to analyze the effect of its density on predation.The predatory functional responses of the 3rd-,4th-,5th-instar nymphs and adults of A.custos were fitted to HollingⅡequation.For the 3rd-,4th-,5th-instar nymphs and female and male adults,the instantaneous attack rates(a)were 1.022,0.933,0.892,0.961 and 0.872,respectively;the handling time(T h)was 0.242,0.100,0.084,0.063 d and 0.074 d,respectively,and the maximum daily predation capacities were 4.132,10.000,11.905,15.873 and 13.514 individuals.The searching efficiency of A.custos against M.separata larvae decreased with increasing prey density,and the interference effect increased with increasing density of A.custos.The interference factors of A.custos at the 3rd-,4th-,5th-instar nymph,female and male adult stages were 0.321,0.408,0.413,0.767 and 0.600,respectively.The results indicated that A.custos is a promising control agent against M.separata,and the control ability increased with age.
