摘 要:目的探讨认知功能训练结合日常生活能力训练治疗阿尔茨海默病患者的效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月期间华中科技大学协和深圳医院老年医学科收治的160例阿尔茨海默病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和试验组,各80例。对照组患者进行常规护理干预,试验组患者在此基础上进行认知功能训练结合日常生活能力训练,分别采用简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)和Barthel指数评定量表(BI)评估两组患者干预前后认知功能和日常生活能力的变化,比较两组患者干预前后阿尔茨海默病病理行为评定量表(BEHAVE-AD)与患者的训练/干预效果。结果干预前,两组患者MMSE评分和BI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预6个月后,两组患者MMSE评分和BI评分高于干预前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前,两组患者BEHAVE-AD评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预6个月后,两组患者BEHAVE-AD评分低于干预前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者训练总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对阿尔茨海默病患者进行认知功能训练和日常生活能力训练,可有效改善患者认知功能,提高患者日常生活能力,训练效果显著,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the effect of cognitive function training combined with daily living ability training in the treatment of patients with Alzheimer′s disease.Methods A total of 160 patients with Alzheimer′s disease admitted to the Department of Geriatrics,Union Medical College Shenzhen Hospital,Huazhong University of Science and Technology from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 80 patients in each group.The control group underwent routine nursing intervention.On this basis,patients in the experimental group received cognitive function training combined with daily living ability training,the mini-mental state examination(MMSE)and the Barthel index(BI)were used to evaluate the changes of cognitive function and activities of daily living of two groups before and after intervention.The behavioral pathology in Alzheimer′s disease(BEHAVE-AD)and the training/intervention effects of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results The MMSE score and BI score of the two groups before intervention were not statistically different(P>0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the MMSE score and BI score of the two groups of patients were higher than those before the intervention,and the scores of experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The BEHAVE-AD scores of the two groups before intervention were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the BEHAVE-AD score of the two groups was lower than that before the intervention,and the score of experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total training efficiency of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive function training and daily livi
