摘 要:目的 探讨超声心动图对尿毒症患者血液透析治疗前后的左心室结构与功能的评价效果。方法 选取60例尿毒症血液透析患者,在透析前与透析6个月后均进行超声心动图检查。对比患者透析前后的超声心动图表现、左心室结构、左心室收缩与舒张功能。结果 透析6个月后经超声心动图检查,患者的室间隔、室壁搏动幅度明显增加,心包积液减少或者完全消失。透析6个月后,患者的LVPW、 ISVD、 LVMI、 TEI低于透析前,LVEF、 FS、 SV高于透析前(P <0.05)。患者透析6个月后的LAD、 LVEDD、 CO、 E、 A、 E/A与透析前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 超声心动图可早期评价尿毒症患者血液透析前后的左心室结构及功能。Objective To explore the evaluation effect of echocardiography in left ventricular structure and function of uremia patients before and after hemodialysis.Methods 60 uremia patients with hemodialysis were selected and given echocardiography before hemodialysis and 6 months after hemodialysis.The echocardiographic findings,left ventricular structure,and systolic and diastolic function before and after hemodialysis were compared.Results 6 months after hemodialysis,echocardiography showed that the ventricular septum and ventricular wall pulsation amplitude increased significantly,and pericardial effusion decreased or disappeared completely.6 months after hemodialysis,the LVPW,ISVD,LVMI and TEI were lower than those before hemodialysis,while the LVEF,FS and SV were higher than those before hemodialysis(P 0.05).Conclusions Echocardiography can be used to early evaluate the left ventricular structure and function of uremia patients before and after hemodialysis.
