双极电凝切除术治疗慢性扁桃体炎的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨双极电凝切除术治疗慢性扁桃体炎的临床效果。方法选择2019年1月至2021年3月我院收治的100例慢性扁桃体炎患者,随机分为两组各50例。对照组采用传统扁桃体炎剥除术治疗,观察组采用双极电凝术治疗,比较两组的临床指标及术后出血、术腔反应发生率。结果观察组的手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,术后疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后出血、术腔反应发生率分别为4.00%、6.00%,明显低于对照组的18.00%、20.00%(P<0.05)。结论双极电凝切除术治疗慢性扁桃体炎具有手术时间短、术中出血量少、术后疼痛程度轻等优势,且术后并发症发生率较低。Objective To explore the clinical effect of bipolar electrocoagulation resection in the treatment of chronic tonsillitis.Methods 100 cases of patients with chronic tonsillitis admitted to our hospital from January 2019 and March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional tonsillitis stripping,and the observation group was treated with bipolar electrocoagulation resection.The clinical indicators,and the incidences of postoperative bleeding and intraoperative cavity reaction were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,and the postoperative pain score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative bleeding and intraoperative cavity reaction in the observation group was 4.00%and 6.00%respectively,significantly lower than 18.00%and 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Bipolar electrocoagulation resection in the treatment of chronic tonsillitis has the advantages of short operation time,less intraoperative blood loss,and light postoperative pain,with lower incidence of postoperative complications.
