摘　　要：目的 对比不同椎弓根钉固定手术治疗脊柱损伤的临床效果。方法 选取2018年3月至2020年1月我院收治的90例脊柱损伤患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各45例。对照组采用跨伤椎椎弓根钉固定术治疗,观察组采用经伤椎短节段椎弓根钉固定术治疗,比较两组患者的手术相关指标、临床疗效及术后12个月的脊髓功能。结果 观察组手术时间长于对照组,术中出血量高于对照组,术后基础活动开展时间短于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95.56%,明显高于对照组的82.22%(P<0.05)。观察组术后12个月的ASIA分级评估结果明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 与跨伤椎椎弓根钉固定术相比,经伤椎短节段椎弓根钉固定术治疗脊柱损伤虽然手术时间较长,术中出血量较多,但临床效果更为显著,并可明显促进患者术后康复,改善其脊髓功能。Objective To compare the clinical effect of different pedicle screw fixation in the treatment of spinal injury.Methods 90patients with spinal injury admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with trans injured vertebral pedicle screw fixation,and the observation group was treated with trans injured vertebral short segment pedicle screw fixation.The operation related indicators,clinical efficacy and spinal function at 12 months after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was higher than that of the control group,and the postoperative basic activity time was shorter than that of the control group(P <0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.56%,significantly higher than 82.22% in the control group(P <0.05).The ASIA grading evaluation results at 12 months after operation of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Compared with trans injured vertebral pedicle screw fixation,trans injured vertebral short segment pedicle screw fixation has longer operation time and higher intraoperative blood loss,but has more significant clinical effect,and can significantly accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation and improve the spinal cord function.
