摘 要:目的 分析血乳酸、心肌酶谱水平与新生儿窒息程度的相关性。方法 选取2019年7月至2021年6月我院收治的230例窒息新生儿,根据新生儿出生1 min Apgar评分标准将其分为轻度窒息组(n=120)与重度窒息组(n=110),另外选择同期100例无窒息的足月新生儿作为正常组。检测三组新生儿的血乳酸、心肌酶谱水平,并分析血乳酸、心肌酶谱水平与新生儿窒息程度的相关性。结果 轻度窒息组、重度窒息组的血乳酸、血清LDH、 CK、 CK-MB、 AST、 HBDH水平均高于正常组,且重度窒息组的血乳酸、血清LDH、 CK、 CK-MB、 AST、 HBDH水平高于轻度窒息组(P <0.05)。Pearson直线相关分析结果显示,血乳酸、血清LDH、 CK、 CK-MB、 AST、 HBDH水平与新生儿Apgar评分呈负相关(P <0.05)。结论 血乳酸、心肌酶谱水平与新生儿窒息程度关系密切,二者可作为评估判定新生儿窒息严重程度的重要指标。Objective To analyze the correlation between blood lactate,myocardial enzyme levels and neonatal asphyxia degree.Methods 230 neonates with asphyxia admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to June 2021 were selected and divided into mild asphyxia group(n = 120) and severe asphyxia group(n = 110) according to the 1 min Apgar score.In addition,100 full-term neonates without asphyxia at the same period were selected as normal group.The blood lactate and myocardial enzyme levels of the three groups were detected,and the correlation between blood lactate,myocardial enzyme levels and neonatal asphyxia degree was analyzed.Results The levels of blood lactate,serum LDH,CK,CK-MB,AST and HBDH in the mild asphyxia group and severe asphyxia group were higher than those in the normal group,and the levels of blood lactate,serum LDH,CK,CK-MB,AST and HBDH in the severe asphyxia group were higher than those in the mild asphyxia group(P <0.05).Pearson linear correlation analysis results show that the levels of blood lactate,serum LDH,CK,CK-MB,AST and HBDH were negatively correlated with neonatal Apgar score(P <0.05).Conclusions Blood lactate and myocardial enzyme levels are closely related to the neonatal asphyxia degree,and both can be used as important indicators to evaluate the severity of neonatal asphyxia.
