沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合比索洛尔治疗早期高血压心脏改变患者的效果及对心电图指标的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合比索洛尔治疗早期高血压心脏改变患者的效果及对心电图指标的影响。方法 将80例早期高血压心脏改变患者随机分为研究组与对照组各40例,对照组应用单纯沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗,研究组则采用沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合比索洛尔治疗,对比两组的疗效、心功能、心电图。结果 治疗后,研究组阶段A占比67.50%,高于对照组的42.50%(P <0.05)。治疗后,两组的心功能、心电图指标均优于治疗前,研究组的心功能、心电图指标优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合比索洛尔治疗早期高血压心脏改变的效果满意,可显著改善患者的心功能及心电图指标,值得临床应用推广。Objective To explore the effect of sacubitril valsartan combined with bisoprolol in the treatment of patients with early hypertensive cardiac change and the influence on electrocardiogram indicators.Methods 80 cases of patients with early hypertensive cardiac change were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was only treated with sacubitril valsartan,and the study group was treated with sacubitril valsartan combined with bisoprolol.The efficacy,cardiac function and electrocardiogram of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the stage A accounted for 67.50% in the study group,higher than 42.50% in the control group(P <0.05).After treatment,the cardiac function and electrocardiogram indicators of the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the cardiac function and electrocardiogram indicators of the study group were better than those of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Sacubitril valsartan combined with bisoprolol in the treatment of patients with early hypertensive cardiac change has satisfactory effect,and can significantly improve the cardiac function and electrocardiogram indicators of patients,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
