亚低温联合颅内血肿微创清除术治疗对重症高血压脑出血患者神经功能及预后的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨亚低温联合颅内血肿微创清除术治疗对重症高血压脑出血患者神经功能及预后的影响。方法 选取2020年2月至2021年3月我院收治的68例重症高血压脑出血患者,随机分为对照组(n=34)和观察组(n=34)。对照组行颅内血肿微创清除术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用亚低温治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的神经功能及预后情况。结果 术前,两组的NIHSS评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);术后1个月,两组的NIHSS评分低于术前,且观察组的NIHSS评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组预后良好率为85.29%,明显高于对照组的61.76%(P <0.05)。结论 亚低温联合颅内血肿微创清除术可明显改善重症高血压脑出血患者的神经功能,促进其预后恢复,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the influence of mild hypothermia combined with minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma on neurological function and prognosis in patients with severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 68 patients with severe hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n = 34) and observation group(n = 34).The control group was treated with minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma,and the observation group was treated with mild hypothermia on the basis of the control group.The neurological function before and after treatment,and the prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results Before operation,no statistical difference was found in the NIHSS score between the two groups(P >0.05).1 month after operation,the NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before operation,and the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P <0.05).The good prognosis rate of the observation group was 85.29%,higher than 61.76% of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Mild hypothermia combined with minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma can significantly improve the neurological function of patients with severe hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and promote the prognosis recovery,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
