摘　　要：目的 观察以人文关怀为基础的综合护理在慢性乙型肝炎中的应用效果及对患者依从性的影响。方法 选择2018年2月至2021年2月我院收治的80例慢性乙型肝炎患者,按奇偶原则分为观察组与对照组各40例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用以人文关怀为基础的综合护理。比较两组的睡眠质量、心理状态及依从性。结果 护理后,观察组PSQI、SAS、 SDS评分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组总依从率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的70.00%(P <0.05)。结论 以人文关怀为基础的综合护理可明显改善慢性乙型肝炎患者的睡眠质量与心理状态,有助于提高治疗依从性。Objective To observe the application effect of comprehensive nursing based on humanistic care in chronic hepatitis B and the influence on patients’ compliance.Methods 80 patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February2021 were divided into observation group and control group according to the odd even principle,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing based on humanistic care on the basis of the control group.The sleep quality,mental state and compliance of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the PSQI,SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of control group(P <0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group was 95.00%,significantly higher than 70.00% of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing based on humanistic care can significantly improve the sleep quality and mental state of patients with chronic hepatitis B,and help improve the treatment compliance.
