摘　　要：目的探讨情景模拟结合康复护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体功能、生存质量的影响。方法将96例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为观察组(情景模拟结合康复护理)与对照组(常规康复干预)。比较两组的肢体功能及生存质量。结果观察组康复锻炼依从性为95.83%,高于对照组的79.17%(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组运动功能量表(FMA)、简易智力状态检查(MMSE)、生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟结合康复护理可提高脑卒中偏瘫患者的康复锻炼依从性,改善其运动、认知功能,提高其生活质量。Objective To explore the impact of scene simulation combined with rehabilitation nursing on limb function and quality of life of patients with stroke hemiplegia.Methods 96 patients with stroke hemiplegia were randomly divided into observation group(scene simulation combined with rehabilitation nursing)and control group(routine rehabilitation intervention).The limb function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The compliance rate of rehabilitation exercise in the observation group was 95.83%,higher than 79.17%in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA),mini mental state examination(MMSE)and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Scene simulation combined with rehabilitation nursing can improve the compliance of rehabilitation exercise of patients with stroke hemiplegia,improve their motor and cognitive function,and improve the quality of life.
