摘　　要：目的 探讨PDCA循环管理模式预防新生儿重症监护室(NICU)患儿外周静脉炎的价值。方法 选取2020年1月至2020年6月于我院行PICC置管的50例患儿,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用PDCA循环管理模式。比较两组的外周静脉炎发生率、导管留置时间及家长满意度。结果 观察组外周静脉炎发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的24.00%(P <0.05)。观察组导管留置时间短于对照组,家长满意度评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组非计划拔管发生率为12.00%,低于对照组的56.00%(P <0.05)。结论 PDCA循环管理模式可有效减少PICC置管患儿外周静脉炎的发生,提高家长满意度。Objective To explore the value of PDCA circulation management mode in the prevention of peripheral phlebitis in neonatal intensive care unit(NICU) children.Methods 50 children with PICC in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received PDCA circulation management mode.The incidence of peripheral phlebitis,catheter indwelling time and family satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of peripheral phlebitis in the observation group was 4.00%,lower than24.00% in the control group(P <0.05).The catheter indwelling time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the family satisfaction score was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).The incidence of unplanned extubation in the observation group was 12.00%,lower than 56.00% in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions PDCA circulation management mode can effectively reduce the peripheral phlebitis in children with PICC and improve the family satisfaction degree.
