穴位按摩联合温水足浴对剖宫产产妇术后胃肠功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨穴位按摩联合温水足浴对剖宫产术后胃肠功能的影响。方法 选取2020年5月至2020年12月我院收治的120例剖宫产产妇,随机分为观察组(穴位按摩联合温水足浴)与对照组(常规护理)。比较两组的术后疼痛程度和胃肠功能恢复时间。结果 两组的VAS评分在术后12 h至术后72 h均降低,且随着时间的延长,VAS评分逐渐降低,观察组各时间点的VAS评分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组肠鸣音恢复、腹胀缓解、首次排气、首次排便、食欲恢复正常时间均短于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 穴位按摩联合温水足浴可缓解剖宫产产妇术后疼痛,促进术后肠胃功能恢复。Objective To explore the impact of acupoint massage combined with warm water foot bath on gastrointestinal function after cesarean section.Methods 120 puerperae with cesarean section in our hospital from May 2020 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(acupoint massage combined with warm water foot bath) and control group(routine nursing).The postoperative pain degree and gastrointestinal function recovery time were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS scores of the two groups decreased from 12 h to 72 h after operation,and the VAS scores tended to decrease with the extension of time;The VAS scores at each time point of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P <0.05).The bowel sound recovery time,abdominal distension time,first exhaust time,first defecation time and appetite recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Acupoint massage combined with warm water foot bath can alleviate the pain of puerperae after cesarean section,and promote the postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function.
