摘　　要：目的 探讨HEDIS系统护理结合互动式自我管理教育在老年糖尿病患者中的应用价值。方法 将160例老年糖尿病患者随机分为观察组(HEDIS系统护理结合互动式自我管理教育)与对照组(常规护理)。比较两组的自我管理活动评分及血糖控制效果。结果 干预后,观察组饮食、运动、遵医嘱用药、吸烟、血糖监测、足部管理评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。干预后,观察组FBG、 2hPG、 HbA1c水平低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 HEDIS系统护理结合互动式自我管理教育可提高老年糖尿病患者的自我管理能力,控制其血糖水平。Objective To explore the application value of HEDIS system nursing combined with interactive self-management education for elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods 160 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into observation group(HEDIS system nursing combined with interactive self-management education) and control group(routine nursing).The self-management activity scores and blood glucose control effect were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of diet,exercise,medication as directed,smoking,blood glucose monitoring and foot management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05).After intervention,the FBG,2hPG and HbA1c levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions HEDIS system nursing combined with interactive self-management education can improve the self-management ability of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus and control the blood glucose levels.
