摘  要:为了研究煤中赋存的硫生成二氧化硫与加热温度之间的定量关系,采用X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)、热重分析-傅立叶变换红外光谱联用仪(TGA-FTIR)、智能库仑测硫仪研究了煤炭中各形态硫的赋存状态、煤的热重曲线、二氧化硫的红外光谱图等,进行了煤在不同加热温度下逸出二氧化硫的测试试验。试验结果表明二氧化硫逸出量与温度之间存在可定量的关系,二氧化硫逸出温度与硫在煤中的赋存形态相关:当温度低于400℃时,逸出的二氧化硫与有机硫相对应;当温度在400~900℃之间时,逸出的二氧化硫与硫铁矿硫相对应;当温度高于900℃时,逸出的二氧化硫与硫酸盐硫相对应。该研究成果对煤炭硫脱和煤中各形态硫检测结果的快速审查核验有重要意义。In order to explore the quantitative relationship between formation of sulfur dioxide from sulfur in coal and heating temperature,a study is made of the state of occurrence of sulfur in each component of coal,thermogravimetric curve of coal and infrared spectrum of sulfur dioxide,by means of X-ray photo electron spectroscopic meter(XPS)thermogravimetric analyzer-Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(TGA-FTIR)and intelligent Coulometric sulfur analyzer(CSA),together with the testing on emission of sulfur dioxide from coal at different heating temperatures.Result of study shows that there exists a quantitative relationship between emission of sulfur dioxide and temperature and it is related to occurrence form of sulfur in coal;the temperature required for the emission of SO;varies depending on the forms of sulfur:organic sulfur(<400℃),pyrite sulfur(400~900℃)and sulphate sulfur(>900℃).The research-derived result is of great significance for sulfur removal and rapid checking of forms of sulfur in coal.
