产前超声检查胎儿泌尿系统畸形的临床意义

摘　　要：目的分析胎儿泌尿系统畸形诊断中采取产前超声检查的价值。方法选择2019年12月至2020年12月山东省菏泽市妇幼保健院收治的60例孕妇,采取产前超声检查,将产后超声随访作为金标准,分析诊断准确度。结果60例孕妇中,金标准检查结果为35例胎儿为泌尿系统畸形,剩余25例胎儿为其他疾病。产前超声诊断胎儿泌尿系统畸形34例,剩余26例胎儿为其他疾病。产前超声诊断的敏感度为94.29%(33/35)、特异度为96.00%(24/25)、准确度为95.00%(57/60)。结论产前超声检查诊断胎儿泌尿系统畸形,诊断准确度较高,可为后期临床诊治提供科学依据。Objective To analyze the value of prenatal ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal urinary system malformation.Methods From December 2019 to December 2020 in Heze Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Shandong Province,60 pregnant women were selected for antenatal ultrasound examination and postpartum ultrasound follow-up was taken as the gold standard to analyze the diagnostic accuracy.Results Of the 60 pregnant women,the gold standard examination results showed that 35 fetuses had urinary malformation,and the remaining 25 fetuses had other diseases.Prenatal ultrasound diagnosed 34 cases of fetal urinary system malformation,and the remaining 26 cases were diagnosed with other diseases.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis were 94.29%(33/35),96.00%(24/25)and 95.00%(57/60).Conclusion Prenatal ultrasound has high diagnostic accuracy in the diagnosis of fetal urinary system malformation,which can provide scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
