丰城市儿童视力异常趋势分析

摘　　要：目的了解2015—2020年丰城市儿童视力异常的趋势,分析可能原因,为制定预防视力异常方案提供可靠依据。方法2015—2020年丰城市妇幼保健院通过手持式自动视力筛选仪对丰城市30235名儿童进行视力筛查。结果丰城市妇幼保健院2015—2020年监测的儿童视力异常总阳性率为20.0%(6044/30235),视力异常阳性率变化趋势为先增高后降低,变化拐点在2018年,但总趋势下降。2015—2017年视力异常阳性率逐年升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2018—2020年视力异常阳性率逐渐下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2015—2020年丰城市青少年儿童视力异常率变化趋势先升后降,拐点在2018年,但总趋势下降,可能与国家实施《综合防控儿童青少年近视实施方案》有关,丰城市儿童视力异常比率较高,还需进一步预防控制。Objective To understand the trend of visual acuity abnormalities among children in Fengcheng City from 2015 to 2020,analyze the possible causes,and provide a reliable basis for the development of visual acuity abnormality prevention programs.Methods From 2015 to 2020,30235 children were screened for visual acuity by a handheld automatic visual acuity screener in Fengcheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital.Results The total positive rate of children with abnormal vision monitored by Fengcheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital from 2015 to 2020 was 20.0%(6044/30235).The trend of the positive rate of abnormal vision increased first and then decreased.The inflection point of change was in 2018,but the overall trend was declining.The positive rate of visual acuity abnormalities increased year by year from 2015 to 2017,but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).The positive rate of visual acuity abnormalities gradually decreased from 2018 to 2020,and there was a statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The trend of abnormal visual acuity rate among adolescent children in Fengcheng City from 2015 to 2020 rise and then decrease,with the inflection point in 2018,but with an overall decreasing trend,probably related to the implementation of the National Implementation Plan for Comprehensive Prevention and Control of Myopia among Children and Adolescents.The rate of abnormal visual acuity among children in Fengcheng City is high,and further preventive control is needed.
