摘　　要：目的探讨个体化早期干预方案对早产儿发育商的远期影响。方法选取2017年1月1日至2019年1月1日在济宁市第一人民医院儿童保健康复科就诊随访的60例早期早产儿作为研究对象,随机分为常规组和干预组,每组各30例。常规组接受常规的保健随诊,干预组除接受常规组的常规保健外,出院后按照标准接受个体化干预方案。两组早产儿在纠正6、12、18月龄时,应用0~6岁小儿神经心理发育量表进行评估,并比较发育商、运动发育商和适应能力。结果纠正6、12、18月龄,干预组早产儿的发育商、运动发育商和适应能力高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以医院为主导,建立早产儿随访体系,制订个体化早期干预方案,此持续系统的早期干预较常规保健更能有效地促进早产儿发育商的发展,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the long-term effect of individualized early intervention program on the developmental quotient of premature infants.Methods A total of 60 premature infants who were followed up in the Children’s Health Care and Rehabilitation Department of Jining NO.1 People’s Hospital from January 1,2017 to January 1,2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the routine group and the intervention group,with 30 cases in each group.The routine group received routine health care follow-up,and the intervention group received individualized intervention programs according to the standard after discharge in addition to the routine health care of the routine group.The preterm infants of the two group s were evaluated by neuropsychological development scale in children aged 0-6 years old at 6,12,and 18 months,and the developmental quotient,motor developmental quotient and adaptive ability were compared.Results At 6,12,and 18 months,the developmental quotient,motor developmental quotient and adaptive ability of premature infants in the intervention group were higher than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Establishing a follow-up system of hospital for premature infants and developing individualized early intervention programs can promote the development of quotient of premature infants more effectively than conventional health car e,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
