摘  要:针对柔性防热层表面雷击防护的需求,制备了兼顾耐热性和雷击防护性能的涂层,研究了成膜物的种类、导电填料的形状、导电填料含量、涂层厚度以及其他助剂等对涂层导电性能的影响。分析了雷击防护涂层导电的机理,并对雷击防护性能进行了测试。结果表明:以加成型硅橡胶为成膜物,片状铜银粉为导电填料,蒙脱土类防沉剂、钛酸酯类偶联剂等为添加剂,最终制备的涂层能够形成较为完整的导电网络通路,涂层方阻较低,30 mΩ/□,能够通过SAEARP 5412—2013标准雷电击穿实验,有效对下方的柔性防热层进行防护。To meet the lightning protecting requirements of thermal insulation coatings for shuttles,coatings with excellent heat resistance and lightning protection performance were prepared.Effect of film former type,shape and content of conductive fillers,coating thickness,and other additives on lightning protection coating performance were investigated.Meanwhile,conductive mechanism of the coating was analyzed,and the lightning protection performance was evaluated.Results showed that the coatings prepared with addition silicone rubber as film former,sheet silver-coated copper powder as conductive fillers,montmorillonite antisettling and titanate coupling agents as additives could form a integrated conductive network and had low surface resistivity of about 30 mΩ/□.The lightning protection coating could pass the lightning breakdown test in SAE ARP 5412 standard and provide effective protection for the flexible thermal coatings.
