摘　　要：采用触变乳胶和水性二级分散体搭配制备了具有高铝粉定向的水性金属烤漆。利用触变乳胶WPA0分别与不同羟基含量的二级分散体WPA1、WPA2和WPA3搭配测试水性金属烤漆的触变指数,结果表明:当触变乳胶WPA0与WPA1、WPA2、WPA3以质量比分别为3∶1、2∶1、1∶1时,水性金属漆的触变指数分别为3.2、3.6和3.4,表现出较好的触变效果和铝粉定向性;同时与外添加触变助剂相比,触变乳胶与水性二级分散体搭配制备的烤漆漆膜在耐性、层间附着力和柔韧性方面表现更好。The waterborne metal baking paint with good aluminum oritentation was prepared using the thixotropic latex and the waterbrone dispersion.The thixotropic index of the paint was tested with different weitht ratio of the thixotropic latex WPA0 to waterborne dispersion WPA1、WPA2 and WPA3.The results showed that better thixotropism and good aluminum orientation of the prepared water-based metal baking could be obtained when the weight ratio of WPA0 to WPA1,WPA2 and WPA3 were 3∶1、2∶1 and 1∶1 respectively,and the correpondent thixotropic index were 3.2,3.6 and 3.4,respectively.The resistance flexibility and interlayer adhesion of the film were improved obviously compared with that using orientation additives.
