摘  要:为满足在恶劣环境长期使用的风电叶片防护要求,采用氟硅改性脂肪族天冬聚脲树脂作为主体树脂,脂肪族异氰酸酯为固化剂,研制了一种超高固含量的改性脂肪族天冬聚脲面漆。并考察了面漆的疏水性、耐磨性、耐雨蚀性和耐候性。结果表明:改性脂肪族天冬聚脲面漆的固含量达到95%,涂膜光泽≤30;该漆膜的机械性能、耐雨蚀性能和耐紫外老化性能优异,疏水性良好,在风电叶片防护涂料领域显示出良好的应用前景。In order to meet the protection requirements of wind turbine blades used in harsh environments for a long time,Therefore,fluorosilicon modified aliphatic aspartate polyurea resin was used as the host resin and aliphatic isocyanate was used as the curing agent to prepare a modified aliphatic aspartate polyurea topcoating.The hydrophobicity,wear resistance,rain corrosion resistance and weather resistance of the finish were investigated.The results showed that the solid content of the modified aliphatic asparagus polyurea topcoat was 95%and the gloss of the film was≤30.The coating film showed excellent mechanical properties,wear resistance,rain erosion resistance and weather-resistance,also good hydrophobicity,Therefore the obtained coating has abroad application on wind turbine blade topcoating.
