摘 要:简述了粉末喷涂工艺概念及主要工序,以重卡底盘的涂装为例对粉末喷涂工艺和传统溶剂型涂装工艺就工艺过程、安装功率、天然气耗量、投资及运行成本等方面进行了对比,提出粉末喷涂工艺具有低投入、低污染、低成本、高效率的特点,并介绍了粉末喷涂工艺在工程车车架、常规半挂车、罐式车、厢式车、自卸车等几种典型的专用车行业的应用分析,并通过对多条粉末喷涂生产线进行探讨、比较、分析,提出了粉末喷涂工艺在专用车行业的发展趋势。In this paper,the concept and main process of powder coating was briefly introduced.Taking the coating process of heavy truck chassis as example,process,installation power,natural gas consumption,investment and operational cost of powder and traditional solvent coating process were compared,which proposed that the powder coating had characteristics of low investment,low pollution,low cost and high efficiency.The application status of powder coating in commercial vehicle frame,conventional semi-trailer,tank truck,van truck and dumper was analyzed.In the end,the development trend of powder coating in special vehicle industry was proposed by discussing,comparing and analyzing of several powder coating lines.
