摘 要:综述了自修复涂层防腐机理,有机纳米容器、无机纳米容器的材料选择与配方设计;总结了自修复涂层的响应机制,包括机械响应、pH响应、氧化还原响应、光照响应等;对有机纳米容器与无机纳米容器进行了比较,指出助剂型自修复涂层的缺陷并提出改进建议。The anti-corrosion mechanisms of self-healing coating were described briefly and the materials selection,formulations design of organic nanocontainers and inorganic nanocontainers were reviewed in this paper.The response mechanisms of self-healing coating were summarized which included mechanical response,pH response,redox response,and light response,etc.The organic nanocontainers were compared with inorganic nanocontainers,and the defects of auxiliary self-healing coating were pointed out and suggestions of improvement were put forward.
