摘  要:介绍了一种利用空压机热风余热的烘干装置,包括多台空压机、风机房和烘干室,每台空压机的余热出风口连接有余热风管,每个余热风管上均设有第一蝶阀,每个余热风管分别与管道Ⅰ相连接,管道Ⅰ的两端设置有第二蝶阀,管道Ⅰ与管道Ⅱ的一端相连接,管道Ⅱ与管道Ⅰ的连接处设有第三蝶阀,管道Ⅱ的另一端与风机房内设置的电动风机相连接,风机房设置烘干室的顶部。充分发挥了废气再利用的环保作用,减少了空气污染,改善了铸造车间的生产环境,节约了大量的燃气费用,降低了生产成本。A drying device which utilizes the waste heat of hot air from air compressors,including multiple air compressors,fan rooms and drying rooms,has been introduced in the text.The waste heat outlet of each air compressor is connected with a waste heat air duct.There is a first butterfly valve on each duct,each waste heat duct is connected with pipeline Ⅰ respectively,and the two ends of pipeline Ⅰ are provided with second butterfly valves,pipeline Ⅰ is connected with one end of pipeline Ⅱ,and there is a third butterfly valve on the connection place between pipeline Ⅱ and pipeline Ⅰ.The other end of the pipeline Ⅱ is connected with the electric fan set in the fan room,and the top of the drying room is set in the fan room.It gives full play to the environmental protection effect of waste gas reuse,which reduces air pollution,improves the production environment of the foundry,saves a lot of gas costs,and reduces production costs.
