摘　　要：介绍了发动机缸体缸盖高牌号灰铸铁件常用的几种修复工艺,包括热焊、冷焊、浸渗、刷镀和使用铸铁修补剂等修复工艺。陈述了灰铸铁缸体缸盖各种修复工艺的基本原理、使用装备及材料、实施步骤以及可以适用的情况。Several common repair techniques for high-grade gray iron castings of engine cylinder block and cylinder head have been introduced,including hot welding,cold welding,impregnation,brush plating and the use of cast iron repair agents.The basic principles,equipment&materials used,implementation steps and applicable situations of various repairing techniques of gray cast iron cylinder block and cylinder head have been stated.
