摘　　要：缸盖作为柴油机的重要零部件,结构非常复杂,对铸造工艺性要求较高。介绍了某型柴油机缸盖的结构特点和铸造工艺,并且针对实际出现的问题进行系统的缺陷分析,根据产生铸造缺陷的原因,提出相应的解决措施,从而有效的解决问题,提高了产品质量。As an important part of a diesel engine,the cylinder head has a very complex structure and requires high casting technology.The structural characteristics and casting process of some type of diesel engine cylinder head have been introduced,and a systematic defect analysis has been carried out according to the actual problems.According to the causes of casting defects,corresponding solutions have been proposed,so as to effectively solve the problems and improve the product quality.
