摘 要:工业电炉朝着大容量、快速熔化、更节能的方向发展,同时也带来了大功率电源为烘炉工作时负载小、功率因素低、温度控制不好等不利因素。所以在工业电炉合金熔化系统中增加了一套烘炉电源,并给出了设计方法与实现方式。该方案已在某铸造企业中成功应用,取得了良好效果。Industrial electric furnaces are developing in the direction of large capacity,rapid melting and more energy saving.At the same time,it also brings unfavorable factors such as small load,low power factor and poor temperature control when high-power power supply is used for the oven.Therefore,a set of furnace power supply has been added to the industrial electric furnace alloy melting system,while the design method and implementation method have been given.The scheme has been applied in some foundry stainless steel plant which achieves good results.
