摘　　要：互联网+皮革喷浆机系统是利用物联网cmt-svr-200技术,结合双闭环调速,以及防误式传动机构,克服因电网不稳定造成电压波动,或因传动滚轴损坏导致速度变化的现象,具备防误喷及送皮机构速度恒定的特点。当皮革经过光电检测箱时,喷浆机同时实现量革及精准喷皮。如开通威纶通EasyAccess 2.0账号,可进行远程控制,把成品皮的量皮数量、价格、面积、合格率通过互联网传送到经销商手机上,为客户查货提供便利。也可以为皮厂决策者监控生产、销售决策、材料订货提供查询依据。The Internet plus leather spraying machine system is based on the cmt-svr-200 technology of the Internet of things,combined with double closed loop speed regulation and error resistant transmission mechanism,to overcome the voltage fluctuation caused by the unstable power grid or the speed change caused by the damage of the transmission roller,and has the characteristics of preventing the maloperation of spraying and the constant speed of the skin conveying mechanism.When the leather passes through the photoelectric detection box,the spraying machine can measure the leather and spray the leather accurately at the same time.For example,if you open the easy access 2.0 account,you can remotely control the quantity,price,area and pass rate of finished leather to the dealer's mobile phone through the Internet,so as to provide convenience for customers to check the goods.It can also be used as the decision-maker of leather factory to monitor production,sales decision,and provide query basis for material ordering.
