摘　　要：高校创新创业平台是高校创业发展战略实施的载体之一,是互联网时代下高校学生成长发展、走向社会的重要孵化器。以湖南省部分高校创新创业平台作为研究对象,以促进学生更好创新创业为视角和目标,设计了组织保障体系、硬件保障体系、师资力量、创新创业教育活动、创新创业教学活动评价等五个方面的指标,基于调查数据和学界研究提出从思想上重视、设立平台专项资金、完善教师管理制度、搭建高校创新创业联盟平台、进一步完善创新创业教育活动评价体系的建议,探索建立湖南省高校创新创业联盟的可能性。Innovation and entrepreneurship platform in colleges and universities is one of the carriers for the implementation of entrepreneurship development strategy in colleges and universities,and it is also an important incubator for college students to grow,develop and move towards the society in the Internet era.Through questionnaires,the innovation and entrepreneurship platfbnns of some colleges and universities in Hunan Province are taken as the research object,and with the view of promoting students' better innovation and entrepreneurship as the goal,five indicators are designed,including organizational guarantee system,hardware guarantee system,teachers1 strength,innovation and entrepreneurship education activities,and the evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship education activities.Based on the survey data and academic research,some suggestions are put forward,such as ideological attention,setting up special funds for platforms,improving teacher management system,building innovation and entrepreneurship alliance platform of colleges and universities,and further improving evaluation system of innovation and entrepreneurship education activities,so as to explore the possibility of establishing innovation and entrepreneurship alliance Hunan Province.
