摘　　要：以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(107硅橡胶)为基料,加入填料、交联剂、硫化促进剂、复配偶联剂、催化剂,制得快速硫化脱丙酮肟型室温硫化硅橡胶,考察了107硅橡胶黏度、交联剂用量、偶联剂种类、硫化促进剂用量、催化剂种类对硫化速率的影响。结果表明,107硅橡胶黏度为20 Pa·s,交联剂为甲基三丙酮肟基硅烷、用量为8份,偶联剂为复配偶联剂、用量为2份,硫化促进剂为四甲基胍丙基三甲氧基硅烷、用量为0.3份,催化剂为新癸酸铋/新癸酸锌、用量为0.1份,制得的脱丙酮肟型有机硅密封胶的硫化速率较佳,24 h硫化深度3.8 mm,符合欧盟环保要求,对聚氟乙烯复合膜、聚苯醚等材质具有较好的粘接性能,90℃×5 d表干时间衰减小,综合性能良好。A rapid curing deacetoxime room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber has been prepared byα,ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane(107 silicone rubber),filler,crosslinking agent,rapid curing agent,composite coupling agent and catalyst.The effects of viscosity of 107 silicone rubber,the amount of crosslinking agent,the types of coupling agent and catalysts on curing speed were investigated.The results indicate that the viscosity of 107 silicone rubber is 20 Pa·s,the crosslinking agent is methyltriacetone oxime silane with the dosage of 5 parts,the coupling agent is a chelating compound coupling agent,and the curing accelerator is tetramethylguanidinopropyltrimethoxysilane and the catalyst is bismuth neocanoate/zinc neocanoate,the prepared deacetoneoxime silicone sealant has good curing speed,3.9 mm of the curing depth,which meets the requirements of EU environmental protection,it has good adhesion to TPT,PPO and other materials,after 5 days at 90℃surface dry time decays little,and the comprehensive performance is good.
