摘　　要：以自制丙烯酸酯改性硅树脂为基体树脂,绢云母粉为填料,配合硅烷偶联剂γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷和萜烯树脂,制得硅酸钙板用涂料。讨论了填料与基体树脂质量比(填基比)、硅烷偶联剂用量和萜烯树脂用量对涂料性能的影响,较佳的制备条件为:填基比为0.5,硅烷偶联剂质量分数20%,萜烯树脂质量分数8%。其涂膜表面光滑,铅笔硬度3H,附着力0级,耐酸碱性良好。The coatings for calcium silicate board were prepared with self-made acrylic modified silicone resin,sericite powder,γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and terpene resin.The effects of the mass ratio of filler to silicone resin,the amount of silane coupling agent and terpene resin on the properties of the coating were discussed.The optimum preparation conditions are as follows:mass ratio of fill to matrix is 0.5,the mass fraction of silane coupling agent is 20%,the mass fraction of terpene resin is 8%.The surface of the coating film is smooth,the pencil hardness is 3H,the adhesion is grade 0,and the acid and alkali resistance are good.
