摘  要:采用α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷为基础胶料,活性碳酸钙为补强填料,二甲基硅油为增塑剂,配合交联剂、偶联剂和催化剂,制得一种等比例缩合型双组分室温硫化硅橡胶,并讨论了催化剂、交联剂、偶联剂、水分对该有机硅密封胶性能的影响。结果表明,选用甲基三丁酮肟基硅烷或乙烯基三丁酮肟基硅烷作为交联剂,可适当延长操作时间且消黏较快;当以有机铋作为催化剂时,其质量分数为0.1%时硫化速率适中,A组分的贮存稳定性较好;当A组分中水质量分数控制在0.45%时,其操作时间适中,力学性能较优。通过对硅橡胶常用粘接基材的粘接性能测试发现,以γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷作为偶联剂时,硅橡胶对玻璃、铝、不锈钢的粘接效果相对较好,且具有助催化剂效果。A condensed two-component room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber with equal proportion was prepared usingα,ω-dihydroxypolydimethylsiloxane as the base rubber,activated calcium carbonate as the reinforcing filler,dimethylsilicone oil as the plasticizer,crosslinking agent,coupling agent and catalyst.The effects of catalyst,crosslinking agent,coupling agent and water on the properties of the silicone rubber were discussed.The results show that when methyltributanone oximinosilane or vinyltributanone oximosilane is used as crosslinking agent,the operation time is appropriately prolonged,and the viscosity is reduced quickly.The organic bismuth(the amount of 0.1%)is used as the catalyst,it has the moderate curing speed and component A with good storage stability.When mass fraction of the water in component A is controlled at 0.45%,it has the moderate operation time,and the better mechanical properties.The test of adhesive properties of commonly used substrates for silicone rubber shows that whenγ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane or N-(2-aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane is used as coupling agent,the silicone rubber has relatively good adhesive property on glass,aluminum and stainless steel,and it has a co-catalyst effect.
