摘　　要：结合有机硅行业技术发展现状,整理了以甲基三甲氧基硅烷、甲基三乙氧基硅烷等原料合成聚甲基倍半硅氧烷微球的不同制备方法,介绍了其在光扩散材料、织物处理及化妆品领域的应用。Combined with the technological development of silicone industry,different preparations of polymethylsilsesquioxane microspheres synthesized from methyltrimethoxysilane and methyltriethoxysilane were sorted out,and their applications in light diffusion materials,fabric treatment and cosmetics were introduced..
