电子资源绩效评估系统对比分析研究——以山东大学图书馆为例

摘　　要：随着电子资源在图书馆馆藏资源中的规模不断扩大、经费占比不断提高,电子资源绩效分析已成为国内外图书馆馆藏分析和投入产出分析不可忽视的重要方面。本文以电子资源绩效评估系统作为研究对象,将ERS系统和Polyinfo系统从统计数据来源、系统架构及工作流程、系统主要功能以及测试使用的评价等方面展开全面对比分析。结合山东大学图书馆测试使用过程,提出两个系统目前仍然存在的不足。以期为今后国内高校图书馆部署电子资源绩效评估系统并探索出一条科学高效的测评之路提供借鉴。With the increasing scale and fund proportion of electronic resources in library,electronic resources performance analysis has become an important aspect of collection analysis and input-output analysis of libraries.In this paper,the electronic resource performance evaluation system is taken as the research object,while the ERS system and Polyinfo system are analysed in the following areas,namely,the statistical data analysis source,system architecture and workflow,the main function of the system as well as the evaluation of the testing results.Combined with the testing process of Shandong University Library,this paper puts forward that the system testing needs to be promoted comprehensively and collaboratively from the aspects of ideological understanding,joint participation of departmental organizations and key disciplines.It aims to provide reference for the deploying of electronic resources performance evaluation system and to explore a scientific and efficient evaluation for domestic university libraries.
