摘  要:采用熏蒸法测定了姜黄精油对二斑叶螨(Tetranychus urticae)的熏蒸毒力,在此基础上调查以LD;和LD;剂量处理二斑叶螨4、8、12、16、20、24 h后,螨体内3种解毒酶活性的变化。结果表明,二斑叶螨的死亡率与处理剂量呈正相关;姜黄精油对二斑叶螨的熏蒸活性随剂量增加和熏蒸时间延长而增强;亚致死剂量处理对酯酶表现为抑制-激活-抑制的作用,对谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶表现为激活作用,对多功能氧化酶表现为激活-抑制-激活的作用。We used the fumigation method to determine the fumigation toxicity of turmeric essential oil to T. urticae, then investigated the activity of three detoxification enzymes in the adult mites after 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, and 24 hours of treatment with LD;and LD;. The results showed that the mortality of T. urticae was positively correlated with treatment dose. As the treatment dose increased and the fumigation time prolonged, the fumigation activity against T. urticae increased gradually.Sublethal dose treatment showed inhibition-activation-inhibition on esterase(EST), activation on glutathione-S-transferase(GST) and activation-inhibition-activation on multifunctional oxidase(MFO).
