摘  要:为明确条锈病对3种不同抗病类型小麦品种产量的影响及其经济阈值,设置不同接菌量、不同施药量的处理进行田间试验,以获得田间发病梯度。结果表明:施用5个剂量的15%三唑酮可湿性粉剂获得了良好的病害梯度;小麦产量与扬花期条锈病发病程度的相关性最密切,表现为极显著的负相关。将小麦单穗重损失率与旗叶病级进行线性拟合,建立了穗重损失率与叶片病级之间的函数关系,计算出川麦42(高感品种)、绵麦367(中感品种)和绵麦112(中抗品种)的经济阈值分别为扬花期病情指数3.217、2.064和1.990。To clarify the effect of stripe rust on wheat yield of three cultivars with different disease-resistant level and their economic thresholds, we carried out field plot experiments with different inoculation doses and different applications of fungicide to obtain serial incidence in the field. An ideal incidence gradient was obtained by applying 15 % triadimefon WP at five doses. The wheat yield was significantly negatively correlated to the incidence of stripe rust at the flowering stage. The functional relationship between ear weight loss rate and leaf disease level was established. The economic threshold of Chuanmai 42(high susceptible cultivar), Mianmai 367(medium susceptible cultivar), and Mianmai 112(medium resistant cultivar) were 3.217, 2.064, and 1.990, respectively.
