摘　　要：随着辅助生殖技术的飞速发展,寻求高效与安全并重的促排卵方案是辅助生殖医生的不断追求。目前,拮抗剂方案因其诸多优势而受到临床医生的青睐。为促进拮抗剂方案的标准化应用,本共识全面综述了拮抗剂方案使用节点,讨论和解决在拮抗剂的应用上存在的主要问题,为临床医师拮抗剂方案的应用提供指导和建议。With the rapid development of assisted reproductive technology,it is the continuous pursuit of assisted reproductive doctors to seek an ovarian stimulation protocol with equal emphasis on efficiency and safety.At present,the antagonist protocol is favored by clinicians because of its many advantages.In order to promote the standardized application of the antagonist protocol,this consensus provides a comprehensive overview of use nodes of the antagonist protocol,discuss and solve the main problems in the application of antagonists,provide guidance and suggestions for clinicians in the use of antagonist protocol.
