摘　　要：阐述人才培养方案中突出以学生为中心、产出导向(OBE)、持续改进的指导思想,培养具备良好的学习能力、实践能力、专业能力和创新意识的专业人才。探讨创新意识和工程应用能力的融合,从而提高分析复杂工程问题的能力。This paper expounds the guiding ideology of student-centered, outcome based education(OBE) and continuous improvement in the talent training program, so as to cultivate professionals with good learning ability, practical ability, professional ability and innovative consciousness. Explore the integration of innovation consciousness and engineering application ability, so as to improve the ability to analyze complex engineering problems.
