农业硕士专业实践规范化培训与考核研究——以农艺与种业领域(园艺方向)为例

摘　　要：以农艺与种业领域(园艺方向)农业硕士为例,依据相关相近领域实践基地关联性由近及远的原则进行轮转,区分必选与可选科目,制定轮转培训计划,并规范领域实践操作技术、例数及技能要求。建立以基地轮转为基础的农业硕士专业实践培训体系,规范专业实践出科、中期和结业考核制度,提升专业实践质量。Taking the orientation of horticulture in the field of agronomy and seed industry as an example,adopting the rotation system of practice bases of the related and similar fields,the present study makes the plan of the rotation training for the required courses and the optional courses separately and regulates all the requirements of practice in the field.The professional practice training system for master of agriculture is established based on the rotation of practice bases and the assessment system of the professional practice is regulated,so as to improve the overall quality of the professional practice.
