摘　　要：通过问卷调查与访谈结合的方式了解医学生在新冠疫情防控常态化下参加2022年冬奥会志愿服务情况。分析医学生参加冬奥志愿服务意愿较低的原因,并结合疫情防控常态化背景下医学生冬奥志愿者的心理状态,通过引导教育的方式提升其心理健康水平。By means of questionnaire and interview,the paper studies the medical students’volunteering service in the 2022 Winter Olympics under the regular prevention and control of COVID-19 and analyzes the reasons for the poor willingness and low motivation of medical students to participate in the volunteering service in the Winter Olympics.Based on the mental status of medical student volunteers under the influence of COVID-19,it is suggested that the mental health of medical student volunteers be improved through proper guidance and instruction.
